Just fixed a neighbor's iPad 3. If your iPad hasn't been used for a while, you may face a problem like the screen getting stuck on the Apple logo or iPad not booting up. You can try holding the home and power button down at the same time for 5 seconds until you see the Apple logo. After that, release both buttons. Sometimes that will fix the problem.
